To Place an Order

There are a number of ways you can place an order:

1. Online using your credit card through our secure server (we accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
2. Email your order and we can call you to organise payment via either direct deposit or credit card.
3. Call us with your order details.

We protect your data with a 128-bit single-root SSL Certificate, signed by GeoTrust. This ensures that your credit card and other private information is secure, and cannot be intercepted!

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. Ten In The Bed reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Delivery Time

**Please Note, we are taking a short break so orders received after 15 September will not be dispatched until early October - thanks for your patience!** Whilst we hold most items in stock, items may be sold out and will therefore take a little more time. We will notify you if this is the case and you will have the option to change or cancel your order if you need to.

Delivery Method and Charges

$6 flat-rate. Items will be delivered to you via either Australia Post or Courier, depending on the parcel.

International Orders

Ten In The Bed is happy to deliver worldwide. We will contact you with a delivery quote.

Refunds & Exchanges

Whilst all goods are checked for damages before delivery, if they are found to be damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Naturally we can’t replace items which have been subjected to misuse.

If you have received an item which is unsuitable due to sizing etc., please email us prior to sending the item back with your details and the reason for exchange and we will replace it with a more suitable item. Goods must be unused/unworn with all tags and/or packaging still intact. Exchanges must be returned within seven days of receipt and the postage cost will not be refundable.

Products on sale are non returnable unless faulty.

Ten In The Bed will not sell, rent or lease its customer list to third parties. Your information will not be disclosed unless required to do so by law.
